K.I.S.S. Dessert #1

Hi all,
I am new to blogging but I decided to give it a try. I am a chef by trade and think that most recipes are too hard to understand by the way that they are written, so I decided to use a term my teacher taught me years ago and that is Keep It Simple Stupid or K.I.S.S. and start blogging about keeping it easy in the kitchen. I will keep myself available for any questions you may have or if you are planning something special I may be able to help. My first recipe I decided to do is dessert although it is not my specialty it is super easy so here we go.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Flour less Cookies
Ingredients needed:
1 Cup Peanut butter chunky or creamy
3/4 Cup brown sugar light or golden
1 Large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract imitation or real doesn't matter
6 oz or half a bag of mini chocolate chips your choice of flavor

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In mixing bowl add first five ingredients and mix well
After mixing well add chocolate chips and mix well
Use a non stick baking pan and don't spray it with PAM
Slightly wet your hands and grab approximately 1 Tablespoon of mix and roll it into a ball, place on pan and repeat with rest of mixture placing each ball about 2 inches apart.
Once pan is full and your oven is at 350 place pan in oven for approximately 10 min
After 10 minutes pull out and let cool, take cookies off and repeat with remaining mix.

Good luck! This really is a K.I.S.S. recipe and if you have any questions please feel free to ask.
